This is really a no-brainer, cutting out fatty foods and swapping them for salads. Now ok you don’t just have to have salads but for me its so quick and easy to prepare, it’s my first choice, when I start getting one of my fat boy cravings.
These foods are anything that has saturated or trans fats in them, so you should start looking for them on labels and stay clear of them, also stop frying foods and if you need to then make sure your using olive oil.
I will often make a breaded chicken salad and use olive oil and apple cider vinegar as dressing.
